Give up diets and strict restrictions

I think diets are evil. Okay, forced medical ones — hypoallergenic, gluten-free, diets for gastrointestinal diseases — I once had to eat according to a reduced list of products. But diets for weight loss, keto, and others — to hell.

Now I eat right, but to get to this point I had to study a lot of information. What I cook is thought out according to BJU. I look at the composition of the products I buy, I have a limit on calories per day — it is consistent with my activity level. Too little is bad, too much is also not always good.
